The 2023 season turned out to be Bill Belichick's last dance with the New England Patriots.
It didn't end quite how Michael Jordan's final season with the Chicago Bulls did — Belichick had the worst record of his coaching career. But the future Hall of Fame coach will look back on his own glory days in the upcoming Apple TV+ series, "The Dynasty: New England Patriots."
The series premieres on Friday and is also a 10-part series, like "The Last Dance" Netflix sensation that chronicled Jordan's six championships, and "Man in the Arena," the ESPN project on Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
Apple TV+'s show will broaden the lens on the double dynasty less than a week after the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday to win Super Bowl 58. It's the Chiefs' second consecutive championship and third in five years.
"The Dynasty" features interviews with players, coaches and others involved in the 20 years and six Super Bowl wins covered in the series, including Belichick, Brady, wide receiver Randy Moss, tight end Rob Gronkowski, owner Robert Kraft and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. A trailer for the show features a handful of the people interviewed taking their seat with the sound of a clock ticking.

"The true story can finally be told," the caption for Apple TV's post on X, formerly Twitter, said.
The first episode, "Backup Plan," starts with Brady, who was a sixth round draft pick, stepping in for an injured Drew Bledsoe. The series goes behind the scenes for the controversies that the Patriots experienced, including Spygate, Deflategate and Aaron Hernandez's murder charges.
The episodes will release two at a time every Friday through March 15.
